1. Product Use

VIRTURO provides cloud-based infrastructure solutions for personal and commercial use. Users are solely responsible for the applications and content they host.

2. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund period for all new purchases. Refunds can only be requested within 7 days from the date of the initial purchase. Refunds will not be granted for:

• Abuse of services

• Violation of our Terms of Service

• Use of service for illegal purposes

3. Prohibited Use

Customers must not use VIRTURO services for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities including but not limited to:

• Hacking, phishing, or malware hosting

• Hosting prohibited content (e.g., adult, copyrighted without license, violent or hateful materials)

• Bypassing international sanctions or government restrictions

4. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service due to necessary maintenance or unexpected incidents.

5. Modifications

VIRTURO reserves the right to update or modify this agreement at any time without prior notice.
